Looking to schedule a remote support session? Don’t want to lunk your computer in? No Problem! Simply call us to schedule a remote session appointment and our techs can connect to your computer from our office; simple and painless!

OS Upgrade and/or re-install $75.00
Upgrade your current OS and/or re-install your OS to fix software related kernel panic (s). $75.00
Apple Diagnostic – Recive a full software and hardware dignostic. Please note that the $50.00 diagnostic fee will get applied toward the $75.00 labor fee if the client decides to go through w/ the repair. $50.00
Malware Removal – Remove virus, pop-ups, adware/malware from root level of the system. $75.00
Data Back Up Back up your data to an external hard drive or flash drive. Manual resync and direct clone options avilable. $75.00
Hard Drive Repair – Hard drive repair, directory rebuild, Tier 1 and 2 data recovery. $100.00
OS X Repair Repair your corrupt OS. Back up data to server, re-install fresh OS, re-migrate data back to fresh OS. OS X Repair. $75.00
Parts Labor All out-of-warranty repairs hold a $75.00 labor charge. This includes iMacs, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, etc. $100.00
Workstation setup/Workshop training Receive an hour workshop training on your new device or workstation setup. Receive assistance with configuring your Apple device and peripherals. $50.00/Hr
Rates and Services
Note: There is a $0.40/mile one-way gas fee for onsite services.
Payment Options:
We currently accept all major credit/debit card (s) as well as Apple Pay, Vemo, Paypal and Cash payments.
Please note there is a 3.75% credit/debit card processing fee per transaction.
